i found the location across from the metro very convenient. all the attractions were easily accessible. the staff at the reception desk were friendly. the rooms were bright and spotlessly clean (a big plus for me).
there were no slippers in my room. some facilities in the bathroom were broken. the air conditioning was noisy, and i couldn't switch it off completely. (it was a bit annoying).

the room was cosy yet spacious , with smart design elements. the bed was comfortable. breakfast offered a rich variety of delights from different cuisines. the staff demonstrated a great willingness and capacity to provide excellent service.
the elevator was rather small and operated at a slow pace.
